Edward Perez, a proud father, a proud husband, a devoted son and a dedicated police officer lost his battle with Covid-19 on 08/19/2021. Eddy touched the lives of many people and he will be forever remembered as an exceptional human being who could bring joy to anyone, no matter the mood. The most important part of Eddy’s life was his family, especially his loving wife and his beautiful daughter. Eddy proudly served the Miami Beach Police Department for over 25 years. For most of his career, Eddy was assigned to the Motor Unit where he was known amongst his peers for remarkable motorcycle skills through the State of Florida. We are all heartbroken from the unexpected loss of this great man and are asking anyone who wishes to help the family to please contribute. Our prayers are with the Perez family!
